It’s free for a minimum of three years, or for as long as you own the vehicle and are eligible for MyCitroën. All you have to do is sign up.

Check you’re eligible for Telemaintenance by signing up with your VIN number, which should be detailed in your Warranty and Maintenance Booklet.
If your vehicle is equipped with our Connect Box Emergency & Assistance System we’ll be able to remotely activate your vehicle and start providing you with this free of charge service.
