Providing complete transparency and peas of mind

Electronic Vehicle Health Check is an innovative service to provide you with reassurance whilst your vehicle is with us.  The service allows the workshop to inform you if, during the work on your vehicle, they identify additional work that needs to be performed that was not initially planned.

Your service centre can then send you a video of your vehicle to demonstrate what has been identified enabling you to approve the work remotely and in complete transparency. The work proposed, which you are of course free to accept or refuse, can be sent to you by text message or email, saving you time.

Our free Telemaintenance helpfully monitors your vehicle 24/7 to identify anything requiring inspection.

If you're unsure of what a dashboard light means, Citroën Telemaintenance will advise you exactly what part of your vehicle needs attention and help you book an appointment. Our Telemaintenance tracks the status of your vehicle and we’ll tell you the moment any issues arise.

 It’s free for a minimum of three years, or for as long as you own the vehicle and are eligible for MyCitroën. All you have to do is sign up.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once you’re registered, we’ll use integrated assistance to monitor the status of your vehicle every second you are using it.

Check you’re eligible for Telemaintenance by signing up with your VIN number, which should be detailed in your Warranty and Maintenance Booklet.

If your vehicle is equipped with our Connect Box Emergency & Assistance System we’ll be able to remotely activate your vehicle and start providing you with this free of charge service.

We know repairs and services don't always come at the right time financially, but having a vehicle that is always in good condition is very important for your safety and that of your loved ones.

To provide greater peace of mind you can you spread the cost of your repairs with 0% finance options, available over 0-6 months for amounts from £50 to £5000.  And in these uncertain times we can also offer you Remote Payment +.   This service allows you to pay conveniently and contactless on or off site, allowing a more efficient payment process, that reduces the need for physical contact and offers further protection and peace of mind for you and our staff. *
